Online Courses and Digital Products
Our digital products are delivered via internet downloads, therefore we do not offer refunds for these products.
However, we stand behind all our digital products and your satisfaction is important to us. This means all of our products are covered by a 100% satisfaction guarantee valid for seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
This means you have seven (7) days to download the material and try our digital products. If you try the product at that time, and you do not get the satisfaction you were hoping for, then we will happily credit the amount to your account for future purchases.
If you change your mind about the purchase without first trying the product, then no refund or credit will be issued.
Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of your original purchase unless otherwise stated on the original product descriptions/order page.

Product Download
Most of our products are delivered by internet download.
After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete.
Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form.
This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.
Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.
While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers if payment is not completed or received in full.
