Terms Of Use

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.drchrisgarcia.com (the “Site”) and any programs, memberships, or services offered by Chris Garcia Academy, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including Dr. Chris Garcia’s Stem Cell Recovery Academy monthly membership program (the “Academy” or the “Program”). By using the Site, purchasing a membership, or checking a box indicating your agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or enroll in the Program.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and for all activity under your account.

2. Stem Cell Recovery Academy Membership — Term & Billing

The Academy membership is a month-to-month membership. Your membership begins on your enrollment date and automatically renews at the start of each monthly billing cycle until cancelled. There is no minimum term.

Your membership fee is billed in advance on the same day of each month as your original enrollment date (“Billing Date”), at the rate shown at checkout. By enrolling and providing a payment method, you authorize us to automatically charge that payment method on each Billing Date until you cancel. We may change the membership fee with at least 30 days’ advance written notice (email is sufficient); continuing your membership after a fee change takes effect means you accept the new fee.

3. Cancellation — Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, by emailing drchris@drchrisgarcia.com. We will confirm your cancellation in writing within 3 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing cycle, and you retain access through that date.

4. No Refunds for Prior or Current Billing Periods

Because your membership fee is charged in advance for access already granted to that month’s content, coaching, and community, all payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. This includes fees for any month already billed and used (even if you engaged with only part of the Program that month) and the current billing cycle at the time you submit a cancellation request. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at drchris@drchrisgarcia.com before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer, so we have a fair opportunity to investigate and correct it.

5. Program Access & Materials

Your membership is a personal, non-transferable license to access Academy content, coaching, and community for as long as your membership is active. You agree not to share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly post Program materials. All content on the Site and in the Program remains the intellectual property of Chris Garcia Academy, Inc.

6. No Guarantee of Results; Not Medical Advice

The Site and the Program provide education, coaching, and community support related to recovery and performance. Nothing on the Site or in the Program is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and neither is a substitute for care from a licensed physician. Individual results vary, and the Academy makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, health result, or level of improvement. Always consult your own physician regarding any medical condition or treatment, including any stem cell or regenerative procedure.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or Program to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, harass other members, or upload harmful code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Academy’s total liability arising out of your use of the Site or the Program is limited to the fees you paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. The Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Chris Garcia Academy, Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Program.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date; for membership billing or cancellation terms, we will also provide at least 30 days’ notice as described in Section 2. Continued use of the Site or Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith direct discussion between the parties before either party pursues formal legal action or arbitration.
